What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a supporting team member responsible for quality assurance, employee training, shift coverage, supply management, and work order response.
Training – training employees in the art of cleaning
Quality Assurance – performing quality checks of customer accounts
Customer Service – maintaining relationships with both customers and employees to ensure the best possible outcome when deficiencies arise
Cleaning Coverage – cover shift outages as needed
Supply Management – maintaining an inventory of supplies for customer accounts and as needed for employees
Administrative – reviewing time keeping, employee evaluations, phone calls, and email responses as needed
Operations – planning for vacation coverages, sick time, and any special projects such as carpet cleaning, waxing, and/or glass cleaning
The ideal candidate will pass a criminal background check, have a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21-$25 per hour based on experience
